Quotes

We offer free quotes for the parts you need. If we aren't too busy quotes are given back on the same day. The way we check to make sure we are getting the right parts, is by checking with your engine serial number or VIN number. Just click the link at the top right of the page titled "Request Quote" and fill out the appropriate information, and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Online Orders

If you don't have an eBay account and would still like to purchase something from us you can either call us, send us an email, or click the tab at the top right of this page titled "Place Order". After you place your order we will gather up all your parts and figure out how much shipping is going to cost. We will then get back in contact with you and tell you the final price including shipping. You can either pay with a credit card over the phone or we can send you an emailed bill where you can pay us without telling us any of your credit card information. Whichever way you prefer to pay is fine with us. 

Shipping

We ship the same day if you order before 5:00 p.m. Eastern or 2:00 p.m. Pacific time. We ship domestically and internationally, and have shipped to over 50 countries on 6 different continents. We mainly ship with USPS (Priority Mail 2-3 days) but we also use UPS. We worked at a shipping facility years ago and know how rough package handlers can be, we go out of our way to make sure all our parts are packaged well.

USA

With the USPS Priority Mail service we can deliver packages to all of the USA including territories for a low cost using their flat rate boxes. We use UPS for the larger and heavier items like water pumps and oil pumps.

International

For international purchases we recommend going through our eBay store to make the purchase only because we find customs tends to process those boxes quite a bit faster. We use the USPS for international shipping.
